Buying Jewellery online from our website is completely safe. In case you are not satisfied with the jewellery that you have purchased from us, we will refund your full payment. However,

We would suggest that in such case you will have to deliver the unused product with packing material to us within 7 days of receiving at your place, after which no refund will be applicable.

If the product you ordered is no longer available with us, we would request you to choose an alternate product.
However, we at Agni Jewels Pvt Ltd ensure the best of quality to all our consumers at all times. Our dedicated team pays special attention with regards to dispatching your right order timely and accurately.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
In case you want to cancel the order before it is dispatched from our side, you can do so and the full amount will be refunded to you after deducting the transaction charges. However we will not be able to refund once the product is dispatched from our end.

Sending the product back to us is your responsibility so please be sure that you send the product to us only through registered airmail/courier or Speed post only to ensure safety of your product.

Please send along with the product the original invoice copy.

Please return the product within 7 days of receiving it (in case it needs to be returned).
For Any Complaint / Dissatisfaction with Sizing & Styling
We will make the rings as per the exact size ordered by you. However, if you need to get it re-sized, the ring will have to be sent to us and we will re-size it at no extra cost within a month of its purchase. However, the shipment cost both sides will have to be borne by the consumer.
In case resizing is not available, we will provide you option of an alternate product of the same or lower MRP to choose from.
Partial-Refunds
If the consumer orders multiple products, and by any chance, delivery of any product in the lot is not possible together with other products, the consumer will be offered an alternate product or a refund would be arranged against non-delivered goods.
Credit Issuals
All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 - 5 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2-4 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
Be Extra Alert When Accepting Parcel from Courier
We suggest that the consumer be very careful while accepting the parcel. If the outer packaging is tampered or damaged, you must verify the quantity of product with invoice before accepting the package. Should you find any discrepancy in the parcel, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL and register a complaint with the courier agencies local office and forward the complaint number to us, to follow.
Color & Description Disclaimer
We at AGNI JEWELS PVT LTD, take special care with respect to reproduce the products on our website with respect to colour/size and other details. However there may be minor variations in color of the product which either could be due to the nature of product or lighting/color setting at the time of photography. Hence the consumer must keep the above in mind before ordering the product.
